The Real North NorfolkWhen:Thursday 31st March 2011
Where:
The event will provide the opportunity for the launch of the East Norfolk Marketing Toolkit, which has been developed as part of the North Norfolk Pathfinder programme; that will be followed by a series of 45 minute workshops for the tourism sector.(see About TRNN) These workshops are likely to be well attended by a wide cross section of businesses which make an economic contribution to tourism in North Norfolk, so it is not unreasonable to expect that Real North Norfolk will be attended by around 200/250 visitors. Many of these visitors will be buyers of a wide range of products and services so, using an open plan layout, there will be an exhibition opportunity for around 55 businesses, with exhibitors being allocated space in one of five “virtual villages”:
![]() Each exhibitor will be allocated floor space of 3m x 3m, and supplied with a stylish “coffee-shop style” round table and two high stools. The idea is that exhibitors can then bring one or two of their own pop-up promotional banners to dress their space, and perhaps a free-standing literature dispenser. The cost to exhibit at The Real North Norfolk is £75 [ex. vat] and this includes the cost of a two course sit down buffet luncheon for one person in the restaurant at Woodland Holiday Park. Additional luncheons can be ordered at £15 per head [incl. vat]. Being conscious of the difficult financial climate in which businesses are currently operating, the NNBF Tourism Forum believes that Real North Norfolk provides a highly cost effective business to business promotional and networking event for North Norfolk’s tourism industry. NNBF is grateful for the financial support of North Norfolk District Council and North Norfolk Pathfinder in staging the event. All Exhibitor Booking Forms need to be received by NNBF by 7th March 2011, but with only 55 exhibitor spaces available, we would recommend you submit your form as early as possible. We look forward to seeing you at Real North Norfolk on 31 March 2011. Ian Doughty Chairman, North Norfolk Business Forum February 2011
